It is a well-known fact that we only use a small percentage of our overall mental potential. With volumes of information and new technology entering our lives at a fantastic rate, we have reached a point in human development where we need to access more of our unused mental powers. We need to increase our awareness as well as our ability to concentrate.

Without getting into the religious or mystical aspects of meditation, and there are many, there is one thing that we all need to do in order to improve our focus; gain control of the constant internal dialog that clutters our thought processes. It is the first and most important step you can take when you desire to improve your mental prowess. It is also the most difficult.

We are all on a fantastic cosmic journey of discovery. We all have different likes and dislikes. We all have different goals. We are all seeking answers to questions that have a personal relevance to each of us.

Some of us seek wealth, power, and the material things that drive the commercial activity of our society.

Some of us follow our faith and are simply seeking salvation.

Some of us seek answers to philosophical questions that have remained unanswered since the first humans gazed up into the night sky and began to contemplate the wonder of it all.

And some of us seek the means to explore the metaphysical mysteries that life has presented us. It is for all of these brave explorers I have created The Dream Walker Project.

With the Dream Walker project, I can teach a specific mental discipline that will allow a participant to quickly clear their mind of noise and distractions, become proficient with basic meditation and then use the new skill to participate in a series of mental exercises designed to stimulate the mind and explore life’s mysteries.

It is a technique that I have been using for many years.
